    CNC PLATE CUTTING AND DRILLING MACHINE

    The CNC plate cutting and drilling machine machine is mainly used for steel construction industry, agriculture machinery, engineering machinery, ship building industries etc.

    Machine body

    Machine body is composed of machine bed, Y axis feeding device, marking unit, drilling unit, cutting system (plasma and flame cutting), tool change system, machine bed roller etc. The machine body is welded by high quality steel plate, closed type with high rigidity. Marking unit, drilling unit, cutting system move and position with the guiding of Y axis.

    1.1 Marking unit:

    Hydraulic disc marking with characteristic: many marking characters, quick selection of character and clear marking character etc.

    1.2 Drilling unit:

    Adopts imported precise spindle (hollow), outer and inner cooling (both are spray cooling). Equipped with spindle motor (servo motor), the feeding spindle is composed of servo motor and precise ballscrew. Hydraulic cylinder controls pressing of plate, guided by linear guideway.

    Cutting system:

    Cutting system is composed of plasma and flame cutting. Customer can choose the cutting way according to their requirement. For plate with thickness 10 to 30mm(plasma HPR260), we suggest customer to use plasma cutting, which has good cutting effect, high cutting speed and good cutting quality. For plate with thickness larger than 25mm,(MAXPRO200) we suggest customer to use flame cutting.

    1.3.1 Plasma cutting system is composed of plasma source and height adjusting system etc.

    Adopts full set of America Hypertherm Maxpro 200 (or HPR260 XD for option) plasma system and ArcGlide THC height adjusting system. This plasma source has reliable capability, long life consumable part and good cutting quality. The height adjusting system is the newest product, which is reliable and easy to operate.

    Take the following as example: oxygen air as plasma gas, air as protection gas. This kind of gas combination can get max. cutting speed, min. slag, min. surface nitridation and best welding capability. Using 200A current (Max. cutting current), cutting material is carbon steel.

    ArcGlide THC height adjusting system can ensure good cutting quality through arc pressure. The height adjusting system also has cutting torch anti-collision function in order to avoid any accident which will break the cutting torch.

    1.3.2 Flame cutting system:

    The propane is used as fuel, equipped with autoignition device and the capacitance is adjusted higher, which is reliable and can greatly improve the processing efficiency.

    1.4 Tool change system:

    Tool change system is composed of air cylinder, linear guideway, crossbeam and 6 broach shells etc. The structure is very simple, speed is high and strong reliability. Tool change capacity: 6 tools.

    1.5 Machine bed roller:

    It is mainly composed of roller and material pushing system. It provides assurance to the plate feeding and drilling. There is supporting device among the rollers which can strengthen the supporting rigidity.

    1.6 Swarf cleaning device:

    It is composed of lifting frame, steel wire brush roller and hydraulic motor etc. It is mainly used to clean the swarf left on the plate after drilling, so as to ensure the smooth progressing of next processing step (cutting). The working process is: hydraulic motor drives the steel wire brush roller rotates, lifting frame goes down to touch the plate surface, plate moves under the action of clamp, then the swarf can be cleaned. After cleaning swarf, the lifting frame goes up, then machine starts cutting.
