    temperature control units are used to preheat a process to the desired operating temperature by engaging the unit's electric immersion heater and recirculating the water in the system. Upon reaching the operating temperature the can continue to add heat or becomes a cooling device by exchanging a small amount of recirculated water with cooling water from an external source. The cooling water is precisely metered into the system by the cooling valve.


    Oil Temperature Control Units circulate high temperature heat transfer fluid through the process application for temperature control. ADDC&ADDM Series temperature control units offer temperature control from 25°Cto 350 °C

    Imported PC Board + original UK imported "WEST" thermostat with double resistance PID automatic calculus (heating and cooling), ensure the precision of temperature control no more than ±1° c, the actual temperature difference is small, obvious energy-saving effect.

    Using touch-tone or integrated circuit plate control , thermostat is not separated , could not precisely control temperature and actual temperature difference is large , only single PID control for heating, repeated temperature fluctuations led to large energy consumption.

    Heater design

    1.Using Sweden ‘Cornell’ thermal fuse, and cold side flange type heater, heat conducting oil flow on the pipe thread with the speed of 2 meters every second, the heater is in the center of the pipe, has uniform heating effects,do not cause the temperature of local heating like other design ,such as: Extracts, Side-hot.

    2.As the central heating has better effect of heat conduction than side-hot,has less hot loss,so has a quicker heating speed.

    Using home-made thermal fuse, extracts design or side-hot design easy to cause the temperature of local heating, make the machine’s temperature doesn’t uniform, and heating speed slow down.
