    Automatic Decoiler

    The automatic decoiler is an important part of the fin press line. It can start or stop decoiling automatically.

    a) put the aluminum coil on the decoiler, and then lock the blocking ring between each two coils.

    b) When the fin press machine starts to work, the decoiler starts also.

    c) The decoiler starts or stops automatically based on the extreme upper and lower position of the aluminum strip sensed by the photoelectric switch.

    Oil lubrication device

    The lubrication device is to lubricate the aluminum strip before entering the stamping fin machine.
