1) Feeding: The mined lignite is sent into the vibrating feeder,
and the lignite is evenly transported to the crusher by the
vibrating feeder.
2) Crushing: Because lignite contains a certain amount of water, we
have to crush the lignite into a smaller particle size to
facilitate the drying of the moisture in the coal, so a three-stage
crushing process is used.
3) Drying: After the brown coal is broken into smaller particle
sizes, the moisture in the lignite can be dried by using a rotary
dryer.
Lignite, is the lowest level of coal. A brownish-black, matt low-grade coal between peat and bituminous coal.
