Characteristic

next process of the alkaline wash times to save water, can be controlled the PH value of treated fabric. Avoid other organic

acid and inorganic acid react to alkali, "lock" alkali into the fiber, make the different of PH value between water, fiber fabric

surface and fiber inside

3, when dyeing the processed fiber can avoid the "rob to dye " or uneven dyeing phenomenon like organic acid dye,

achieve good levelness, make dyeing become more reproducibility;

4 can completely remove the "white fur" when reactive dye soda ash after the fixation of cloth (or gauze) on the surface,

Make the fiber have good leveling and color bright;

5, when used in cotton spandex elastic fabric, can prevent cotton fiber damage from other excessive organic acid or

inorganic acid also can prevent alkaline substances damage to spandex fiber, keep the elasticity of the fabric;

7, has excellent complexation to the iron, avoid fabric yellowing when singeing and baking, preventing yellowing phenomenon caused by the iron ion.
