ITO film for LED glass

Prochema Developed a high conductive film with reasonable light transmission ITO film for LED glass.

This film is a clear sheet with a transparent but electrically-conductive coating acting as invisible wiring. It is designed to be laminated between two sheets of glass. Electronic devices such as LEDs and infrared sensors can be embedded in the film, and the transparent electrical wires connect the embedded devices with their controller. The clear sheet doesnt turn yellow, nor does it add a green cast to light passing through.

It is generally difficult to embed electronics into glass, but this process makes it easy. The sheet with embedded electronic devices is thin and lightweight enough to be rolled up and shipped to a glass laminator near the product's final destination.

This film is easy to etch by wet or dry etching method.It can be designed in any shape and stick the LED SMD to light as you want.The metal ITO layer also have good property of IR heat reflection and UV reflection,this film laminated between glass and door will effectively keep your room temperature.
