3. Equipment composition

● HGK series welding rotator is composed of power welding rotator, idler welding rotator and electronic control system.
● The welding rotator is adjusted by manual lead screw, to ensure wrap angle of welding rotator to cylinder is within 45°- 110°, positioning step is designed between welding rotator seat and base.

● Positioning baffle is installed on both sides of welding rotator seat.

● The base is used welding assembly, and solder height is not less than 70% of the plate thickness.

● The two welding rotators of power welding rotator are used dual drive, and they are moved by two motors. The transmission chain: motor → three → stage gear reducer → directly drive welding rotator.

● Three-stage gear reducer is standard product. Transmission parts of reducer are made by high quality steel 40Gr, and quenching hardness of tooth surface is HRC45-50.

● AC frequency converter is used speed control of DC motor with constant torque. The signal is controlled by analog quantity, and the speed is showed by digital display table with high precision.

● Electric control system is equipped with SIEMENS or ABB’s low-voltage.

● The system has linkage interface for welding manipulator and welding system to realize the concentrated control.

● Electric control system is composed of electric control box and remote control box. Electric control box are equipped with power indicator and power master switch, and remote control box are equipped with buttons of starting, positive and negative going motion, speed regulation and abrupt stop and digital display of speed.

● The length of remote control box’s line is 10 meter.
