Gantry steel tower

Steel tower being main supports for power transmission line project, it is often produced by angle steel, steel pipe or other small steel components. In general, it is divided into guyed tower and self-supporting tower. Gantry tower both have guyed or self-support types. This type of gantry tower is often used in 110KV power transmission line project.

In material choice, we consider high voltage and longer distance power transmission, and combine local climate condition, the steel material must be high tensile with strength, solid, wind resistance well. In general, we adopt more ASTM A572 GR50, GR65, ST52, S355J0, S355JR, Fe510, Q420, Q460, and equivalent materials.

After fabrication allGantrySteel Towerare delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot Dip Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
