1.Introduction of Product

High-capacity SRL-W Series Horizontal Mixing Unit (Hot and Cooling Mixer)

1. Used for the processes of compounding, mixing, drying as one of the most ideal equipment for the manufactures of profiles and tubes.
2. The cold mixer adopts horizontal structure with the characteristics of large cooling area, fast speed, more homogenized.
3. The mixer lid is double sealed and opened in the pneumatic way.
4. The electric control system adopts RKC ,Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron and other famous instruments and control components to realize automatic control.
5. Equipped with pulse dust catching device. (on customer’s option).
6. Both the blades and belt wheel have been specially treated through the balancing machine of static and dynamic.
7. Simple loading system can also be equipped on customer’s option.

2. Quick Detail:

The unit combines hot mixing with technology, which make the hot material cooing, eliminate residual gas and prevent freezing.

Absorbing advanced foreign technology and PLC control system, we designed SRL-W series heating/cooling mixing unit, with offers high automatic level, good mixing effect, complete function, compact structure, and perfect appearance. The unit is widely used in mixing, drying and coloring various plasrtics.

3. Description:

a.800L Hot Mixer 1 set

Total cubage of heat mixer is 800L, valid cubage is 560L.

1. Heat mixer: 90/132 kW, double speed, Jiangsu DAZHONG motor.

2. Inner barrel is made of stainless steel (thickness 10mm). You can add the heat conduction oil into the jacket, while there is thermal insulation cotton and electric heating plate covered outside of the jacket. Outer barrel is wrapped of 0.8mm stainless steel mirror panel (easy to clean, resistant DOP corrosion).

3. Pot cover cast in aluminum, Dual-sealed with silica gel. The cover of heating mixer is equipped with a ￠550mm stainless steel hopper, together with a breathable cap.

4.The hot mixer uses 3pcs stainless steel blades, blade material 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The bottom blade is slotted. Rotary speed is 370/740 RPM.

5. Deflector: stainless steel deflector block welded in the above of inner pot wall.

6. Electric heating device, heating power 12KW, with a temperature galvanic to measure heating temperature, heat medium: heat conduction oil.

7. Pot wall has a temperature galvanic to measure inside mixing temperature.

8. The main shaft of hot mixer uses Teflon and framework oil type sealing to ensure sealing effect.

10. Electric digital display temperature control meter is made by Changzhou HUIBANG.

12. Pneumatic open and discharge pot cover. Three exits of discharge parts are made of cast aluminum.

13. The hot mixer has low-speed step-down start.

14. Rack is welded by high quality steel plate, solid and durable.

b 2500L Horizontal cool mixer 1set

1. Mixing barrel is horizontal. Total cubage of cool mixer is 2500L, valid cubage is 1800L.
2. Cool mixer:22KW, single-speed motor, Wuxi and Hangzhou reducer;
3. Inner barrel is made of stainless steel (thickness 10mm). You can add water into the jacket to cool down the temperature. Inside pot has stainless steel cooling ring, which can be cooled by water (mounting cooling ring is decided by customers’ requirements). Out barrel is paint finished.
4. Pot cover is cast in aluminum, sealed with silica gel. The cover of the cool mixer adopts a ￠200mm feed port in order to receive materials smoothly, which are released from 800L hot mix. In addition, it is equipped with a breathable cap and observe endoscopic (organic glass).
5. The cool mixer uses stainless steel blades, blade material 1Cr18Ni9Ti. Rotary speed is 50 RPM.
6. Pot wall has a temperature galvanic to measure temperature of materials.
7. Manual open and pneumatic discharge pot cover. The exit is made of stainless steel in the underface and central of mixing barrel.
8. The main shaft of cool mixer uses Teflon and framework oil type sealing to ensure sealing effect.

The unit is developed by importing and absorbing overseas advanced technology. Mixing adopts negative pressure mixing principle. The electric equipments and meters all adopt imported famous brand. By adopting PLC control, it features high automatic level, good mixing result. The vane is made of stainless steel pressure die cast, and has passed the test of dynamic and static equilibrium. Especially the vane of the cooling machine adopts the spiral agitation. That makes the whole room no dead angle, quickening the cooling speed and discharging cleanly. 8. Option

The unit consists of one hot mixer and one cooling mixer. The materials from hot mixer get into the cooling mixer automatically to be cooled, so remained gas is eliminated, and agglomeration is avoided.

9. Commercial Terms

1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment

2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment

3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)

4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:

(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months

(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months

5. Installations and Commissioning

(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment

(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges

one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer requests.

Customers pay the charge of our technicians.

(3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.

(4) An interpreter is needed.

6. Spare parts:

Spare parts for one year are needed for the customers, and we suggest that customers should buy the spare parts. (Fittings list will be provided.)

7. English manual, Figuration drawing, and footing drawings are provided.
