What’s the life time of LED screens?

The life time of the LED screens is basically over 100,000 hours, but it depends how the screen is taken care of. When LED Screens’ life time up to 100,000 hours, the brightness of the LED lamps will be about 50% off compared to the original ones.

How to protect power supply?

Electrical peaks can put more force on the electrical components which decreases the working time. So, it is wise to install a protection (voltage stabilizer) that can control the peaks.

How to maintenance LED screens?

The soldering of the LED chips can dry out and break which requires changing components such as LED modules or receiving cards. We will supply free spare modules.

What is the return policy?

If the modules died exceed 1%, we will resend you the new one.
