Paper Inserting Machine can do automatic paper feeding, edge folding and forming. it is characterized by low noise,fast speed,excellent forming,etc. slot number change is controlled by electric. The machine is suitable for different model type stator, and the tooling change is easy.

coil winding machine covers a wide range of stator dimension and wire diameter, meeting the various requirement. With two winding station, it is high effiency and automation. Machine is controlled by PLC, all the parameter can be set in the touch screen.

Coil winding inserting machine can insert stator coil and wedge into the stator slot automatically. This machine is suitable for Polyester Film wedge roll material with fixed thickness and fixed width (width and thickness dimension is provided by customer). Wire pushing height and stop time can beset in the touch interface.

Stato Middle Forming Machine is driven by hydraulic system; PLC programming;individual guard teeth in each slot settles fied wire and jump wire to ensure the reliability of electrical leakage distance;whole schematic design of inner expansion, outer wrapping and edge forming ensures appropriate winding outside dimension. Middle forming is done after winding inserting but before winding lacing.

The lacing machine is controlled by PLC. Different lacing mode could be set such as slot lacing, interval lacing, and fancy lacing. Tooling change is fast and convenient. There are single lacing machine, doulble station lacing machine and horizontal lacing machine.

Final forming machine is used for stator winding final forming. Its inward and outward movable station is much convenient for the big motor stator.Its forming is perfectly done by inner expansion,outer wrapping and overhanging pressing. Individual guard teeth fully settles field wire and jump wire to ensure the reliability of electrical leakage distance. It is of highly efficiency and qualified forming.
