This Autoclave Steam Sterilizer is designed to sterilize veterinary instruments from veterinary

laboratories, veterinary quarantine station, epidemic prevention station , livestock farm and animal

hospitals etc.

Safety

Door Safety

• Chamber door cannot be opened when chamber is pressurized

• Steam cannot enter the chamber when the door is open

• A cycle cannot start if the door is open or not properly locked

• Sliding door movement is stopped if an object is detected in front of the door

Safety Valves

• Both chamber and jacket are equipped with pressure relief valves to prevent excess pressure.

• Saturated steam can be supplied to the autoclave from building steam equipped safety valve

• A stand-alone generator or a built-in steam generator with safety valve is available for your option

Emergency Shut-Off

• Easily accessible emergency switches for immediate cycle shut-off.

• Double Independent Monitoring

• Digital and mechanical monitoring systems provide accurate pressure results which are displayed

on the analog and digital displays.

Sterilization Programs

1, B-D Test

3 times Vacuum, expose temperature 134℃, expose time 4 min, drying time 3 min.

2, Vacuum Leak Test

Test the chamber connecting parts’ tightness effect. It’s important to ensure the sterilization effect.

3, Instruments/Tools

3 times Vacuum, expose temperature 132℃, expose time 8 min, drying time 5 min.

4, Clothing

3 times Vacuum, expose temperature 121℃, expose time 15 min, drying time 25 min.

5, Liquid

15 min exchange, expose temperature 121℃, expose time 15 min, cooling time 25 min.

6, User Programmable

All preset parameters can be resettable; total 15 kinds programs can be customized

Loading/Unloading System

Standards equipped: 1 piece loading cart of SUS316L stainless steel, 1 piece trolley of SUS304

stainless steel for single door sterilizer and 2 pieces trolley for double door.

Loading plate, racks or shelves are available for option.
