2. Description

The cabinet includes two compartments. The left compartment is cable distribution compartment, the upper part of the right compartment is equipment compartment, and the lower part of the right compartment is battery compartment. The cabinet cooling uses 1500W AC air conditioner, to ensure the equipments and batteries operate normally at stable temperature range, so as to make the service life of the equipments and batteries much longer and their performance more stable.

2.1 Cabinet Door and Lock

The cabinet includes three doors. The cabinet door uses embedded structure. The door opening angle is larger than 110°and the door limit device can limit the opening angle. The lock is theftproof three point lock, supporting padlock.

2.1.1 Door lock theft proof design

• Damage resistance of the theft proof lock meets GA/T 73-1994 “Mechanical Anti-theft Lock” class B requirement, supporting padlock.

2.2 Cable Inlet

Feeder cable and other external cables all use bottom wiring method.

2.3 Grounding Protection

1. The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.

2. The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be connected with grounding bar. Connection resistance between any two points is lower than 0.1Ω.

3. Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet should be connected to the grounding bar.

2.4 Connection and Fastening

1. Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.

2. Door hinges use inner hinge mode.

2.5 Appearance and Surface Treatment

Cabinet surface coating is outdoor special powder coating, with white gray color (PANTONE 428C). The coating complies with GB/T 3181-2008 requirement.

3. Function

3.1 The cabinet uses galvanized steel and painted with outdoor powder, which is anti-corrosion, and anti-oxidant.

3.2 The cabinet uses 1500W AC air conditioner to maintain temperature inside it. The temperature can be automatically adjusted. When the ambient temperature is <45°C, temperature inside the compartment can be kept at 30°C.

3.3 The protection level of the cabinet is IP55,which can ensure the internal equipments are not affected by the outer environment.

4. Advantages

4.1 Protection level: IP55, the inside air is isolated with the outside air, to protect the power equipment from corrosion.

4.2 Both the cabinet and the air conditioner have high anti-corrosion performance, and high stability which can keep normal operation at outdoor environment.

4.3 Intelligent air conditioner: with cooling, heating intelligent temperature control; automatically adjust temperature; remote control.

4.4 Use anti-theft lock specially for outdoor application; support padlock.
