Applications:
WE series magnesium alloys are magnesium based with Gd, Y , Zn and Zr. It covers WE43,WE54 and WE94.All those are high strength casting alloys which can be used in temperatures of up to 300oc (572of). The alloys have good mechanical properties coupled with excellent corrosion resistance. The alloys are widely applied in : Helicopter transmissions, power systems, aero-engines, sports cars, missiles.

Magnesium alloy has good thermal conductivity and small cutting force, so the use of magnesium alloy sheet in the process of heat dissipation is very fast, so the tool life is long, the amount of sticking knife is small, thereby reducing the tool cost and shortening the downtime required to replace the tool.
