Introduction:

Quarry stone crushing plant is suitable for crushing soft rock or stone with compressive strength less than 150 MPa, such as limestone, dolomite, shale, gypsum, and hard rock, such as granite and basalt. The max feeding size is 1000mm.

Application:

It is widely used in highway, railway, hydroelectric dam construction, quarry, cement, building materials, and chemical industry.

Equipment Configuration of Stone Crushing Plant:

1. Vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + impact crusher + belt conveyor + circular vibrating screen. ( for soft stone, such as limestone, dolomite, gypsum, shale)

2. Vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + cone crusher + belt conveyor + vibrating screen. ( for hard rock, such as granite and basalt)

3. Vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + impact crusher (cone crusher) + VSI impact sand making machine + vibrating screen.
