The chemical formula that is used to make the outside PVC layer gives the following tolerances & qualities:

• Abrasion resistance and airtight properties: 200*170 N/5cm +20

• Temperature resistance: -30 to +70 centigrade

• Chemical resistance: hydrocarbon, sunlight, seawater, oil and fuel

• Dimensional stability: 1% (24 hrs, 70 centigrade)

• Tensile and tear strength: 3800*3550 (+250)

• Polyurethane glue is used to cold glue all our seams

• Every boat is made by hand

• Four layers of reinforced seams are used to ensure strength
