Equipment Features

1. The machine is professional automatic equipment for marking, punching and shearing of angle bar of power and telecommunication angle steel tower.

2. The processing range of angle bar from L40 x 40x 3 to L70 x 70x 8, and length within 9000mm.

3. The production line includes 6 units: material-loading unit, feeding unit, main body, finished products conveyor unit (automatically tilting unloading system), hydraulic power unit & electric control unit.

4. Motor gear driven feeding system ensures high level of accuracy.

5. Versatile single tooling on both sides that is easy punches replaceable with different diameters. Marking system adopts a closed frame with good rigidity & realizes clearer marking.

6. Four sets of character boxes are subject to change according to demands of customers.

7. Stadia and hole distance can be adjusted through the movement of three CNC axis.

8. The equipment adopts Numerical Control Technology (CNC). Driven by servo motor, marking, punching and single blade shearing are automatically operated with high efficiency as well as stable working accuracy.

9. Many solutions are introduced to resolve problems such as infeed difficulty and stadia accuracy error which are caused by angle steel deformation.

10. Latest control software is installed on this equipment, which is simple for programming and management. Friendly computer interface with English language can show the figures of work pieces, easy to operate.

11. The system supports manual programming suitable for various work conditions.
