The Y83-160 Scrap metal baler is a turn-out baler that is mainly suited to work in the metal smelting plant with small and medium production, waste metal recycling station.

Our machine supports manual operation. Its compress room can be made in size of 1400x900x700mm, 1600x1000x800mm or 1600x1200x800mm according to the demands of customers. Moreover, this scrap metal baler can be matched with the power of 22kW, 30kW, 37kW as required. The production output is about 3 tons per hour.

Y83-160 hydraulic metal baler is suitable for the steel plants, recycling companies, ferrous & non-ferrous metal smelting industry to compress metal scrap(steel parings, waste steel, waste copper & aluminum, waste stainless steel, scrap from discarded automobiles) into acceptable furnace charges of cuboids, cylinders, octagons & other shapes, so as to reduce the cost of transportation & smelting, to speed up furnace charging.
