Blades:The mirror face stainless steel blades are imported from German,the whole machine goes through balance test.
Blade diameter:1270mm/910mm(36” ventilation fan).Blades are formed by stamping while the angle is suitable,which can make the biggest airflow as well as the smallest noise and not out of shape nor rupture during long using term.
Additionally,each set of blades must be tested by balance system before sold,which will make sure the stable and smoothy work for the fan.

Hot galvanized sheets.The thickness is 0.8mm and 1.5mm.It increases the intensity,life length and weight of whole machine.It improves the stability of the fan.

The special and advanced centrifugal system assures the opening angle of the shutter so that air flow can be kept on the smooth high level.It is made of superior quality nylon and a litle fiberglass,also it is used rivet,which is made of cuprum so that they will antirust.Column-oriented is made of 304 stanless steel.It can ensure the shutter opens with the angle of 90 degree when the while machine runs on the rails.

Installation hole of motor is six angles instead of the roundness,which can steady the motor better.

Two kinds of belf pulley for selection:Aluminum,Cast Iron.
