Products Daily maintenance:

1. Before running

(1) to check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is a damage.(2) each group clamps is locking.

2.Running

(1)notice any abnormal noises.(2)electric current is stable. (3)whether the vibration is abnormal.

3. After running

(1)after used clean up the vibration every time.

(2) inspect regularly the coarse mesh, fine mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage.

(3)whether each part of the vibrating body caused damage due to vibration.

(4)need to add the site to be the lubricating oil.

Quality Requirement:

Mesh aperture tolerance: -3%~3%

Wire diameter:-0.03mm~3mm

Wire spur:>wire diameter,<half of an aperture

Diagonal deviation:(1) for the narrow and long, wide and long mesh (length > 2m), allows the diagonal error between 0 - 12mm;

(2) for short, wide and short mesh (length < 2m), allows the diagonal error between 0 - 9mm;

Mesh tightness judgment: pinch wire head weft, weft wire to ensure at the edge of a slide in the second warp filaments without sliding as appropriate, if not the net surface in boundary screw tight.
