Instrument consists of: control box, vertical combustion box, horizontal combustion chamber,

combustion lamp, solenoid valve, high pressure igniter, gas pipe, pressure regulating valve, and

signal control line. Control box with: fire timer, stop spray timer, combustion counter, manual /

automatic operation selector switch, vertical / horizontal selection switch and power switch and

other components.

The main parameters:

1, vertical combustion box and horizontal combustion box: box size 305x355x610mm, SUB304

stainless steel production;

2, the vertical flame spray tube angle: angle of 90 degrees with the sample;

Horizontal combustion flame tube angle: angle of 20 degrees with the sample;

3, stop mode: the preset data, the machine will automatically stop the test;

4, Annex: flame height scale 2 (500w1 only, 225w1 only);

5, the vertical torch: 500w1 only;

6, horizontal torch: 225w1 only;

7, combustion timing: 0.01-99.99S / M / H continuously adjustable;

8, stop timing: 0.01-99.99S / M / H continuously adjustable;

9, the counter: 1-9999 can be set;

10, there are manual and automatic mode selection;

11, ignition: electronic automatic ignition;

12, power supply: AC220V, 50Hz, 5A.
