Working principle of mold cart

KPX mold cart is powered by battery. It is used to transfer molds. The battery supply power to the DC motor, which is installed inside of cart body. Through the order of start, stop, forward, back, speed governing, etc, electrical control system command the order to DC motor to drive transfer cart working.

Description of mold cart

The whole mold cart is composed of motor, reducer, electric appliance and wheels. Due to more parts, compared with other carts, it has large size. But it travels flexibly.

The driving wheel and load wheel of trackless car is high strength PU wheel. It is wear-resistance, and has low maintain cost.

The functions of the mold cart including 360 degree turning, go forward and backward,turn left and right, adjust speed button, indicator light, electric indicator light and other control buttons.

Application of mold cart

This kind of mold cart is commonly applied in factory or warehouse to transfer heavy materials, such as steel workpiecs, machine parts, etc.
