GH-SL Pipeline leakage detector is composed of a SYW-SL leakage detection sensor, GH-SL detecting controller and other related accessories,.The leakage detector have real-time monitoring function. It is specially designed for detecting water and oil between the pipeline interlayer .When leakage occurs between the pipeline interlayer , the leaked liquid will gravity to the bulk tank , the SYW-SL sensor who keep in the bulk tank can detect the leaked liquid and make the signal to GH-SL controller , the controller get the signal and make the lights and audio alarm .Users can make a timely response and take related measures to avoid potential safety hazards and environmental pollution based on the alarm.

The detector is equipped with switch value output signal ,so it can realize interlocking control with third-party equipment .

Install Leakage Detection Sensor:

1,Put the Leakage detection sensor vertical installed in the fixed bolt of manhole well.

2,Connection pipe test ports and detection device ports with oil conduit,oil conduit need short enough to avoid bending.

3,Connect snorkel to his connection Port.Complete the snorkel connection,the specific location is : on the manhole well inner wall of oil tank , directly above 1m and vertical direction.

4,Installation,use and maintenance of detection sensor should also comply with the product manual,GB3836-2010 explosion-proof criteria,Design of automotive filling oil and gas,construction specifications and other national standards. It is only allowed to make the installation construction who have the qualification of explosion-proof electrical equipment installation.

Installing GH-SL Leakage Detector:

1,Leakage detector and leakage detection device connection cables is recommended to use shielded cable 2 * 1.

2,With fixed screws to fix the leakage detector on the wall .

3,Put out the signal cable which contact the sensor in the manhole well and get through the threading pipe to the control room, connect the two signal lines to terminals of detector circuit board (regardless of the positive and negative ), attention :the label of terminals should correspond to the label of manhole well detecting sensor.

4,Adjust leakage detector DIP switch : according Annex 1 to keep the DIP switch shows numerical concur with the enabled leakage sensor quantity.

5,Open the leakage detector power switch , if no leakage happens , all indicator light shows green; when leakage happens, the corresponding light shows red; at the same time alarm rang ,relay start working.

6,When Alarm rang, users can turn off the "silence switch",on the left side of the detector to eliminate voice.

7,In the process of normal use ,Press "Detection button" ,leakage detector can simulate the penetration function in turn, to test indicator is normal or not .After the simulation test then return to normal state.
