Normally Q235 high quality mild steel sheet. Silicon less than 2%. We have raw material checked in our lab test room after purchasing the steel sheet. We control the quality at the first beginning.

Shafts are made of steel sheet that folded into required shape and welded longitudinally by automatic arc welding machine

Welding
Welding confirms with international welding standard of CWB. No crack, no leakage welding, no bite edge, weld smooth level off without the concavo-convex fluctuation or any welding defects.
Base plate mounted
Base plate is square in shape with slotted holes for anchor bolts and dimension as per customer's requirement
Ground mounted
The length buried underground as per customer's requirement
Galvanizing
Hot dip galvanization with thickness of 80-100µm average. Inside and outside surface anti-corrosion treatment by hot dipping acid. Zinc coating is more than 85 um thick, which is in accord with GB/T13912-92 standard.

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.

Delivery
The nearest port is Shanghai Port. We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
