1. PVC fiber reinforced hose, also known as PVC network pipe, commonly known as plastic snakeskin tube, suitable for transporting the gas and liquid with pressure or corrosive , widely used in machinery, coal, petroleum, chemicals, agricultural irrigation, construction, civil (solar water heaters, gas cylinders) and other fields.

2. The hose flexible, transparent, durable, non-toxic, without order. Anti-erosion and adaptable to high pressure condition. Maybe adding colorful symbol lines on the surface of hose.

4. The process of the pvc fiber reinforced machine: Material mix inner --layer extrusion inner-- layer forming→ spray cooling→ haul off→ fibre winding→ oven dryness→ outer layer extrusion→ outer layer forming→ spray cooling→ haul-off→ printer→ winder.

5. This line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose,the wall of which is three layers,outer and inner layer are soft PVC hose,miiddle layer is terylene fiber network,which has good chemical and physical proerty.

6.
