Apair of conveyor chain clamps the PCBA for transporting in both high speed ILmflg blade. Wrap prevention device in the equipment ensures no damage on the board.

3. A pair of conveyor chain is equipped in the model in which clamp and deliver the PCB to the blade
turning in high speed for trimming.

5. Expandable in function and working independently. The model can be optional connecting in line
with wave soldering machine by Connection Bridge and operates automatically.

• Double blades design to trim the extra long leads automatically and with additional brushing system. The effective cutting area up to 420mm.
• The PCB residues after soldering and leads adhere on the boards after trimming can be easily removed by the equipped brush system.
• Equipped with adjustable warp correction device in which correct the warp condition of PCB before soldering process.
• The inlet and outlet bridge conveyors are optional accessory which are flexible for connecting the wave soldering machine and conveyor line.
• The Tungsten Carbide Blade is excluded in the machine.
