Density: PU sandwich panel is produced by injecting PU with a density of 42kg/m³ between 2 metal sheets with formed surfaces to increase durability. Polyurethane injected panels with 42 kg / m3 density, locking mechanism, proper for all kinds of refrigerated cold storage rooms

Size: All the panels produced by us are discontinuous type and locked to each other. These panels can be produced 50 cm, 100mm and 150mm, widths are 980mm in standard, Installation details and accessories of the prefabricated panels are predesigned, and outer surfaces can be produced with painted and galvanized metal sheets, or stainless steel metal sheets. Since having locking mechanisms and produced for the project, the panels are installed in their place without any cutting or drilling, Installation as easy as possible

DETAILS OF THE PANEL JOINT

Cold room door panels are joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by camlock on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints.
