Features for PE pipe extrusion machine:

a. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin, having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.

b. Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.

c. Specially designed 2-3 co-extrusing die, resonable channel, smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress.

d. producing pipe limit 20-160mm, manufacture velocity up to 15m/min.

e. May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube, ordinary PP-R, PE, PEX And PE-RT pipes.

The complete extrusion consists of following items:

l. Single screw extruder

2.Co- extruder: to manufacture marking multi-layers of pipe

3. Die head

4. Vacuum tank: due to diameter, it can be designing of single, double vacuum chambers

5. Cooling tank: due to diameter, the numbers of cooling tanks can be one or two

6. Haul-offs: due to diameter, it can be designing of double or three caterpillars

7.Cutter: no scraps cutter.
