Fit-up rotator has four independent fit-up rolls that perform lift up process, supported by hydraulic cylinders, which connects to hydraulic pump station. Combined with standard conventional power and idler roller, it can realize section to section assembly.

Fit-up roller is mainly used in assembly of section to section pipe,such as in wind tower, or in vessel,tank application.

The hydraulic fir up welding rotator is mainly used to joint the long pipe steel such as the pole of wind tower. It has four independent rolling wheels for the process of fitting up. Through the standard conventional drive, the equipment can be used in conjunction with passive welding rotator.

2). The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD80 for engineer per day.

3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
