EPDM is ethylene, propylene, non-conjugated diene terpolymers, and therefore has good ozone resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance, chemical stability and other properties, is resistant to heat, light, oxygen, especially ozone. EPDM is essentially non-polar, polar solvents and chemical resistant, low water absorption, good insulating properties. EPDM rubber is the polyolefin family, it has excellent curing characteristics. Among all the rubber, EPDM has the lowest proportion. It can absorb a lot of filler and oil not affects the properties. Therefore, low-cost production of rubber compounds.
