Compensation, and Noise Immunity
Advanced two-axis digital readout system featuring EMC design,
linear compensation technology, and superior noise immunity for
precision industrial applications.

OEM customization available for volume orders.

Non-Linear Compensation Technology
For applications requiring micron-grade accuracy such as grinding
machines, boring machines, and measuring instruments, achieving
precision through machine body construction alone is both costly
and challenging.
The XH-2E series two-axis digital readout systems provide a
cost-effective solution by incorporating non-linear error
compensation. This advanced function mirrors the compensation
technology used in CNC machine controllers, significantly improving
display accuracy without extensive mechanical modifications.

High Noise Immunity & EMC Design
The XH-2E series incorporates a triple-stage noise filter for
transducer signal input, providing comprehensive noise attenuation
across a wide frequency bandwidth (1kHz-1000MHz).
Carefully engineered PCB and component layouts follow established
EMC principles to deliver maximum noise immunity and
electromagnetic compatibility. A linear power supply ensures
optimal performance and protection against electrical source
interference.

High Durability Switch Membrane
The XH-2E series utilizes Autotex series polyester film from UK's
AUTOTYPE Ltd., recognized as the highest quality membrane film in
the switch manufacturing industry.
This premium membrane offers exceptional chemical resistance to
common industrial solvents and delivers a minimum switch life
expectancy of 100,000 operations.

Totally Sealed Enclosure
The XH-2E series features a completely sealed enclosure that
protects electronic circuitry from hazardous shop floor
environments, including dust and evaporated coolant fumes from EDM
machining processes.
To prevent overheating in the sealed environment, the system
incorporates a metal front plate and panel for efficient heat
dissipation, combined with an ultra-low temperature rise
transformer.

Vibration Filtering Function
High accuracy and resolution (1μm) display is essential for grinder
applications, but vibration during machining can cause display
digit toggling, particularly in large grinders.
The innovative vibration filtering function stabilizes the display,
eliminating digit toggling for more comfortable readings and
reducing potential human error in measurement interpretation.
