JHF is specially designed for the lip balm and sunstick products. The machine has

function of auto tube feeding,filling, cooling, re-melting, second cooling, second re-

melting, auto cap loading, auto capping, auto finished product and container base

separating and auto labelling machine(Reuse the container base).

◆ Fill 4~6pcs each time and filling precision can reach ±0.1g.

◆ Pump construction is easy for cleaning, convenient for change material.

◆ Adopts 5P to10P compressor on chilling tunnel.

◆ Operators:1-2 persons.
