Scope of application:

The ability of the beam cable to resist the spread of flame under specified conditions;

Meet the standard:

In accordance with the American UL1685 vercy-tray and Smoke - Release Test for Electrial and optical Fiber Cabless, it meets the test standard of FT4 / IEEE1202 of Canada.

Main parameters:

Made of blocks of concrete or made of stainless steel sheet and insulating layer, the inner table is painted black.

Access door: in front of the test box, there is a gate door with observation window, and the observation window is made of tempered glass.

Smoke collection tower: the top is tapered, the Angle is 40 degrees, and a 914mm cube smoke collection tower is installed at the top of the cone.

Ignition source: consists of a belt propane gas jet lamp and a supporting flow meter and a venturi mixer.

Ignition source installation location: the spray lamp should be placed horizontally, and the surface of the cable is about 76mm and the steel ladder axis symmetry before the test sample.

Optical system: consists of the transmitting part and the receiving part.

The receiver is a silicon photocell and its spectral response matches the international lighting commission (CIE) photometer.

The output signal of the data acquisition photoelectric tube is processed by microcomputer to be continuous smoke screen recording, and the optical density and transmittance can be read directly.
