Scope of application:

It is applicable to the evaluation of the highest temperature of thermal insulation products such as insulating materials, felt, blankets, blocks, plates and prefabricated insulating tubes.

Meet the standard:

Consistent with GB/t17430-2015 assessment methods for the highest temperature of thermal insulation materials;

Meet the standard of astmc411-82 test method for high temperature adiabatic heat surface performance test;

Meet the standard of ASTMC447-85 for the highest temperature assessment method for thermal insulation materials;

Compliance with ISO8142: A test method for determining the maximum use temperature of prefabricated mineral cotton shells in appendix A, 1990.

Main features:

Control part:

Adopt PLC module, microcomputer control real-time display hot surface temperature curve, output report.

Computer: Lenovo computer one set, printer one.

Test software one set.

Product features:

Adopt numerical control machine tool to process forming, the arc shape beautiful and generous. Have beautiful anti-rust and anti-corrosion characteristics. The other parts are made of 45# steel and the surface is thickened with plating/SUS304 stainless steel.

Main parameters:

Heating plate: made of stainless steel, the test area is 900* 450mm, and it is surrounded by protective layer and 80mm width.

Heating tube: made of SUS304 stainless steel with a length of 2M

Temperature measuring system:

Temperature measurement by thermocouple wire diameter is 0.40 mm, : 0-1100 ℃.
