White 1.3MM High Silica Fabric 36OZ Welding Safety Blanket Flame Resistant Cloth

High silica fabric with over 96% SiO2 silicate content is a high temp heat resistant woven fabric. It is durable but flexible, chemical resistant and eco-friendly. Woven in satin weave type, this 1200gsm silica cloth is 1.3mm thick. Its heavy duty and fire resistance can withstand continuous heat and fire sparks. 1200g/m2 (36OZ) silica fabric is able to withstand heat from -50 to 1200℃ continuously. And its softening point is close to 1700℃. It is a great thermal barrier insulation materials when e-glass fiberglass cloth (used below 550℃) is not enough.

High tensile strength and abrasion resistant high silica fabric is widely used for industrial welding shield cover material for heat, sparks and hot molten spatters protection. Although this fabric is tear resistant and durable, it is still easy to fabricate (can be sewed to fire blanket or other covers).
