1. APPLICATIONS:

The drillrig is used in tunnel drilling, geological prospecting, also suitable for geological drillings of building, hydroelectric power-station, highway, roadway and harbor and drilling pile grouting hole.

The drill has such features as small body, light weight; especially available for construction of hydroelectric power-station. It can get two series of speeds by means of substitution of one pair of helical gears for other one

In order to meet the requirements of the use of foreign users, on the basis of our factory XY-2PC, redesigned chuck and spindle with inner dia. 93 mm, the new design XY2PD-01-1 instead of original XY2PC-01-0, other parts are the same with the original XY2PC rig.

Installation instructions

1). Except XY2PC-01-0 is disserent, the rest are the same;

2). Before installation, the inner cavity of the rotary device is added with proper grease;

3). Remove the oringinal pinion umbrella gear, re-install the new gear , the same installation method with original one;

4). Connecting 6 stud bolts, tighten nuts, properly adjust the perpendicularity, and then pressing the cover;

5). Install the rotation body, unscrew the grease plug installed in upper box, add the appropriate gear oil;

6). The new is changed as hydraulic chuck of hydraulic clamping and hydraulic unclamping, one of oil port of new hydraulic chuck should be connected with the spare oil port of the control valve which is special for chuck table, and adjusting the direction of the operation as according with the mark shown in the control plate;

7). Clamping, fast pressurizing handle into high pressure and keep high pressure 1-2 s;

8). Inspection method is the same as XY-2PC drilling rig's.
