I. Product brief introduction:

Conveyor roller had several layers of nylon roller bearing seal protection, sealed performance is good, bearing and seal to reinvent the wheel, open type roller bearing convenient installation themselves according to the actual situation before mastering roller bearing lubrication oil filling quantity.

We using standard chrome steel GCR15, AISI52100 to prepare our rings, G10,G16 grade bearing balls.

Both inner and outer ring groove has to be polished to guarantee bearing movement more fluent and low noise.

Our bearing work life more longer then ordinary bearings, because our polish working time is longer then market normal level.
