High Pressure Large Volume CNG Gas Storage Cylinder Semi-Trailer

High pressure gas tube trailer mainly consists of five parts, semi-trailer, frame, large volume seamless gas tube, front safety part and back operation part. It is a special vehicle used for transporting Oxygen, ammonia, hydrogen, natural gas and other permanent gases. Its design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance criteria conform to ISO 11515 standard.

Manufacturing Process:

Raw Material Inspection → Cold Centering → Heating → Piercing & Rolling → Cold rolling →

Heat Treatment → Testing → Straightening → NDE → Visual & Dimension Inspection →

Hot Spinning → Heat Treatment → Lab Testing → Hydro & NDE Testing → Storing & Shipping
