Hot Insulation Jacket Fiber Glass Industrial Removable Butterfly Valve Cover
Butterfly valves need to be insulated if they are used in water pipes where freezing is a risk. In order to protect ball valve and butterfly valves against freezing and overheating, removable insulation jackets are necessary in plants. Removable heat resistant covers are very easy to install and remove from the valves. Especially in adverse conditions and heavy weather, removable blanket allows easy inspection and maintenance.
Materials of valve insulation cover is 260℃ silicone coated glass fiber outer cloth and 800℃ fiber glass needled mat interior. With these fiber glass materials, insulation jacket has electrical insulation, oil/moisture/chemical agents resistance, anti corrosion and tear resistance. Besides, recyclable needled blanket is high temp resistant and eco-friendly.
