DC brushless pump, simply,its function is to use the DC brushless motor as the power to pump the air out from the container, or directly pump air into the atmosphere. DC brushless pump, because of DC brushless motor, it has long life and often be used in conditions which need a long time continuous working . For example, on-line gas extraction,gas pumping, gas circulation, and so on. Because of its small size, light weight, also called a micro brushless DC vacuum pump, micro brushless DC pump, brushless motor vacuum pump, speed regulating vacuum pump, gas sampling pump, long life vacuum pump.
how to choose pump?
In short, the gas sampling pump can only carry a small load (i.e., the pump suction end’s resistance can not be too big, but the price is cheap; in the strict sense, the miniature vacuum pump can carry a large load (the suction end allows large resistance, or even completely clogged up, but the price is slightly higher. The resistance of the pump can be measured by means of instrument. Comparing it with the por of maximum allowable resistance of air inlet in the pump's technical parameter, we can know whether the type selection is appropriate or not. It is usually determined by a simple method based on experience. For example, the following conditions are of high load (that is, the pumping end of the pump has greater resistance and can only be selected within the scope of the miniature vacuum pump):
1. At the pumping end of the pump to be connected to a very long pipe, or pipe bending points, severe bending will even block closed, or the pipe has a very small hole (for example, less than φ 2 mm);
2. There are throttle valves, solenoid valves, air path switches, filters and other components on the pipeline;
3. The pump outlet is connected with the closed container, or the container is not airtight but the air intake is small;

5. The pumping end of the pump is connected to the filter container, which is used to speed up liquid filtration.

Working principle: the rotary motion of the motor turn into the swing of connecting rod which makes the diaphragm up and down motion. In the process of the downward movement of the diaphragm, pump cavity will suck medium through the inlet valve; Upward movement of the diaphragm, pump cavity press out media through the outlet valve. Mechanical transmission parts and pump cavity is isolated by diaphragm. Diaphragm pump does not need oil for auxiliary lubricating, in the process of transmission, extraction and compression of medium.
