Equipment:


Fusion Casting Branch:There are 65 tons two-chamber electric heater, including electro-magnetic stirrer,

American Wagstaff technology casting machine, laser liquid-lever measurement, physical and chemical

analysis laboratory.


Hot Rolling Branch: The equipment is original binding Germany four rolls reversible single double coiler hot

rolling mill, applied with advanced AGC, AFC and bending roll skill, rolling bounce 450 tons each millimeter.

Corollary equipment is French roller-hearth quench furnace, 6000T stretcher, aging oven, air cushion furnace

and Φ 600 heavy plate precision coordinate saw,11-h heavy plate stands.


Cold Rolling Branch:There are Germany and domestic 2050 in6-hi cold rolling mill and 1850 in4-hi cold

rolling mil. Matched with 2050 recoiling machine,2050 heavy cross shearing unit, 2050 heavy tension leveling

line, 2050 thin tension leveling line, automatic coiled material packing machine, 2050 thin cross shearing unit,

2050 slitting machine, 50 tons annealing furnace (12 units).


Extruded Profile Shape Branch:There are 8000T integral panel Extrusion Presser, 6000T large-sized

Extrusion Presser, 3000-400T Conventional Shape Extrusion Presser, quench furnace, aging oven, stretcher

and so on.

Luoyang Tailian New Materials Co., Ltd.

                More than 60000 square meters ground area with initial investment 0.28 billion RMB (up to 0.8 billion as planned), Luoyang Tailian New Materials Co., Ltd. is established in 2016 and located in Weiliu Road, East Industry Cluster of Yichuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, specializing in manufacturing of commercial standard aluminium coil, aluminium sheet and further downstream aluminium foil for electrolytic capacitor (etched foil and formed foil), aluminium foil tape, honeycomb aluminium foil, decoration foil and aluminium PS plate.

                 Currently our plant consists of two aluminium foil production lines of φ280*φ850*2000mm, a cold-rolling production line (1850mm width), four 60-ton vacuum annealing furnaces, two 60-ton energy saving annealing furnaces, two vertical slitting machines, three horizontal slitting machines (1650mm width), ten etched foil and formed foil production lines, two production lines of coated foil for super electrolytic capacitor, standard laboratory and other supporting facilities.

                 We are equipped with advanced equipment, complete facilities, experienced managing, researching and developing team. We have got multiple national patents for cathode aluminium foil production. Our products are widely accepted by customers in the market, as good as Japanese and South Korean products.
