High Alumina Ancher fireproof brick manufacturered by us uses high standard bauxite, fused alumina, sintered mullite as raw material and several additives. With features of wear resistant, high strength, volume stability, anti-slag erosion etc.

High Alumina Ancher fireproof brick is mainly used for furnace roof to support the stress between the roof structure. Due to the furnace reactive gas and heat leakage, will damage the metal hanging pieces, resulting in roof collapse accident.

High Alumina Ancher fireproof brick has the following masonry points:

1. Bricks from both sides should be coated with mud carefully, to prevent leakage of gas from the top of the furnace;

2. The hanging part of the brick should not be damaged (give full play to the role of hanging metal parts);

3. The general use of air hardening mud (to prevent the mud from the furnace caused by gas leakage);

4. Between the furnace body and anchor brick should be set aside between the expansion joints.
