Alumina bubble is a new kind of high temperature heat insulation material, the bulk density is only half of the corundum products, but with high mechanical strength that is general light products several times, the highest operating temperature can reach 1800 ℃. Alumina bubble brick can be used for high temperature kilns such as shuttle kiln.

Alumina bubble Insulation fireproof brick uses alumina bubble and alumina powder as the main raw material, combined with other binder, through 1750 degrees high temperature firing which is a kind of ultra-high temperature energy-saving insulation materials. The product with high operating temperature, good thermal shock resistance, small reheat linear change and durability, low thermal conductivity which have very good heat preservation effect, and can reduce the heat dissipation, increase thermal efficiency, thereby achieve the purpose of saving energy.
