60% Al2O3 High strength and dense High Alumina Castable Refractory
High aluminum castable Refractory is one low cement castable with less than 8% cement content. Different from ordinary refractory castables, most of the calcium aluminate cements are replaced by ultrafine powders, and at the same time, a certain amount of additives are added to meet and exceed the performance of ordinary cement castables.
High aluminum castable Refractory features:
1. The content of cement in the castable is low, that is, the
content of calcium oxide is low, which reduces the generation of
low melting materials in the material, thereby improving the
refractoriness, high temperature strength and slag resistance of
the castable refractory.
2. The mixing water consumption of the castable material is only
about two cents of the common castable material, thereby increasing
the compactness of the castable material and reducing the porosity.
3. After molding and curing, there is less cement hydrate
generated. During heating and baking, there is no large amount of
moisture leakage, and the medium temperature intensity is reduced.
However, as the temperature increases, the material gradually
sinters and the strength continuously increases.
