Removable Thermal Insulation Jacket For Actuator Grey Silicone Fiberglass Fabric

Romovable thermal insulation cover is designed to cover the devices such as pumps, valces, pipelines and actuators as heat resistant protection. Materials of insulation blanket is 0.4mm or 0.8mm glass fiber fabric coated with grey silicone compound on single side. With silicone coating, the surface of insulation cover is oil&moisture resistant, corrosion resistant, chemical resistant and non irritating.

Outside material - silicone coated fabric can withstand continuously heat below 260℃. E-glass needle mat is able to withstand continuous heat below 800℃.

IR Test

IR Test result of removable insulation jacket showed that when inside temperature of devices goes up to 300℃ continuously, the surface temperature of this jacket is below 40℃.
