Fiberglass Thermal Insulation Jackets Removable Grey 260℃ Electrical Insulation

Removable thermal insulation jacket is designed to warp pumps, filters, valves, pipe, turbine and actuators for heat&electrical insulation. It is made of grey silicone coated fiberglass fabric and fiberglass needle mat.

Silicone fiberglass cloth is heat resistant, oil&moisture resistant, electrical insulation and anti chemical corrosion. With silicone coating on two sides, the coated cloth is still flexible and easy to fabricate without fraying. Silicone coated fabric can withstand continuous heat below 260℃. Inside 25mm wadding material e-glass needled mat can resist continuous heat below 800℃. E-glass needle mat is anti corrosion, chemical agents.

IR Test

IR Test result of removable jacket showed that when the temperature in equipment goes up to 300℃ continuously, the surface temperature of this jacket is below 40℃.
