Wire section guide roll, press section guide roll, spread roll, dryer section guide roll and paper leading roll:

1. Dose not allow grith welds in roll.
2. Before processing, the roll body must correct shape.
3. Wire section, guide roll of press section, spread roll, dry section guide roll, paper leading roll: Before processing, the whole roll must annealing treatment.

Frame

1. Before welding, sheet and tube should rectify straight.
2. Before fine machining, it must mechanical vibration treatment to eliminate stress.

Casting parts

1. Big jumbo press roll, dryer cylinder: after casting, thermal insulation treatment to eliminate stress.
2. Other casting: after casting, annealing heat treatment to eliminate the stress.

Spindle nose of roll

1. Wire section guide roll, press section guide roll, spreading roll, dry section guide roll, paper leading roll: Quenching and tempering treatment before finishing.
2. Bearing taper surface of all the bearing and roller must precision fit, the contact surface more than 80%.
