1.This intensifier contains a hydraulic sequential valve inside .

2.When operating , it oils cylinder and makes it be at the presetted pressure and let the sequential valve act , and then it will have multiple boosting pressure .
3.It's fit for hydraulic special purpose machine and machien center clamp in low pressure circuit.

3.It needs a solenoid valve installed in the circuit, and then it will be able to operate HB Intensifier. The Intensifier may convert low oil- pressure into high oil-pressure automatically and obtain a high pressure clamping.

2.The intensifier is essentially a hydraulic amplifier. In a hydraulic system, if the entire system requires low pressure ,but a branch system requires high pressure, an intensifier can be used to make the system's branch oil circuit or an actuator obtain high oil pressure which is several times (2-7 times) higher than the working pressure of the hydraulic pump to meet the needs of the branch working mechanism, without having to separately set the expensive high-pressure oil pump. The system still works at a lower pressure, so It can reduce energy consumption and reduce equipment costs.
