Mining Flame-retardant Optical Fiber Cable MGTSV 8 12 24 48 72 96 Core Stranded Loose Tube

Cable Description:
The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound.
A steel wire, sometimes sheathed with PE for cable with high fiber count, locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member.
Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core.
The PSP is longitudinally applied over the cable core, which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress.
The cable is completed with a flame-retardant sheath.

Laying method: pipe, aerial, direct bury, shaft

Application scope: mainly applicable to remote communication in coal mine, as well as inter-unit voice, image and digital signal transmission

Feature:

- Accurate control on spare length of optic fibers guarantees optic cables of good tensile property and temperature property

- Material of loose tube compromises water resistance property and higher strength. Tubes are filled with certain pates to conduct critical protection on optic fibers

- PE sheath is of good UV resistance performance

- Following measures may be applied to maintain waterproof performance of optic cables:

- Single steel wire strengthen core

- Fill loose tube with special waterproof compound

- Fully fill cable core

- Paint PSP dampproof coat on both surfaces

- Blue fire-retardant PVC is adopted as secondary sheath in order to realize good fire-retardant performance of optic fibers as well as to facilitate recognition.

Storage/Operating Temperature: -40°C to + 70°C
