The working principle is as follows: when the speed of the belt conveyor is slowed down, the tension of the belt is increased. Under the traction force formed by the tension, the belt will drive the pallet wheel to move along the horizontal guide shaft and the horizontal rod, that is, away from One end of the processing machine moves to the proximal end.

During the movement, the bearing for lifting the tilt will also move at the same time. Since the bearing lifts the diagonal rod, the tilting rod will sink under the self-weight due to the bearing running toward the high end of the tilting rod, thus causing the sector tooth to deflect. , thus triggering the governor. The governor will output a signal to the inverter of the flat panel to increase the running speed.

Conversely, if the belt is transported too fast and has a large surplus, its own tension is small, which will cause the pallet wheel to return, thereby triggering the governor and slowing down the flat disc.

The disc horizontal feeder controls the running speed of the flat disc by the depth of contact between the tracker and the eccentric wheel, so that the surplus of the belt is maintained at an appropriate level, and the tension of the belt does not change excessively. Thinner strips have an adverse effect.
